Avoid animal proteins

Researchers discovered those who ate more protein had a greater risk for dying, and a greater risk for developing kidney disease. Animal proteins (possibly additives) are harmful to kidneys especially cystic PKD kidneys. It increases the risk for developing heart disease (most PKD'rs succumb to heart disease), cancer risk (a higher risk in PKD for developing renal cell carcinoma especially when combining pink meats and alcohol, eating animal proteins also decreases longevity.
